I love this shot. The Sisters Wicked are heading out to the Kennedy Center this afternoon to attend the ballet. Not sure if the public is ready for us all, wish us luck!

Happy Weekend! I will carefully watch the orchestra for new and invigorating instruments for the band/choir.

You are feeling better, right?

YAY! Gorgeous shot. And what I love most about it is my story that it means you are feeling better!!! LOL

Wicked: Oh, I love the ballet! What are you seeing? Good to be on the look out for new instruments. We're going to have our first Fast & Testimony Picnic on Feb. 3. I'm sure the choir/band will be in demand.

As for feeling better, it's touch and go. I felt decent on Thursday and tackled some laundry. I felt quite good on Friday and finished my laundry. But then last night, I felt like crap again. Today, I'm feeling a little crappy. Maybe I bit off too much on Thursday and Friday? TMI?

And why can't I just stick with "I'm fine, thank you?"

Abgue: Hi! I've been reading your blog and you've been provoking thought, but I haven't put them all together to leave a sensible comment or two. That said, I miss you. As for feeling better, see the above detail to Wicked H.

P.S. I actually took this photo a couple of weeks ago, in case you're thinking I've been feeling well enough to actually get out and shoot my camera. Au contraire.

Ha! Because "I am fine thank you" is just not enough.

Don't push yourself too hard, one day at a time.

We just got back, we saw the Kirov Ballet perform La Bayadere. It was fabulous!

Feb 3rd, I've got it on the calendar.

I have missed you too. I am totally relating to that "on again, off again" sickness. Me too. It is driving me loony.

Commiserating in misery with you...

Gorgeous! I love that neighborhood.

I hope you had a good weekend!

Wicked: La Bayadere by Petipa. How lovely! I must confess. As a teenager, I foolishly defied my parents' wishes that I see Coppelia in favor of going to a high school basketball game--a choice I now (even 20+ years later) deeply regret and still have yet to make amends.

Abgue: Okay, it's Monday and I thought I'd kicked this damn thing. But no. Good Lord, but I am so over this already.

Jess: It is a lovely neighborhood. I wish I could afford to live down there, but alas...
