From Wasilla to Fargo

A friend sent me this today: From Wasilla to Fargo. It's a collection of observations about, video clips of, and comparisons to Sarah Palin's folksy manner and how her accent plays into the whole package that is her personality and alleged appeal.

Is it just me or has her accent gotten thicker since she was announced as John McCain's running mate? I thought she was really laying it on thick in the debate last week.

Tina Fey for President! That was hilarious and terrifying at the same time.

You know, I've been thinking the whole "Fargo" thing for some time now, but since nobody else ever mentioned, I thought it might be just me. Thanks for posting this. Yah! You betcha.

Virginia: Tina Fey is so spot-on, she's going down in history as the best impersonator on SNL ever. Even beats the stuff Dana Carvey use to do.

Gilahi: The first time she opened her mouth on the convention floor in Minneapolis, all I've heard since then was Margie in Fargo. Frances McDormand definitely nailed her Oscar for a reason! They should get her on SNL!
