Does Not Compute...

Driving up to Basel today, we passed a transport truck with this sign on it:

Obviously the branding team that came up with this name and logo didn't test market it to English speakers.

As if that wasn't laughter-inducing enough, we then passed an edge community near Bern called Wankdorf. I wish I had a picture of the scaffolding tower rising from a hill near the autobahn sheathed in banners announcing WELCOME TO WANKDORF CITY!

I love Germanized English!
