Hey, during the 30 Years War, different Protestant sects slow-roasted each others followers over burning coals (well, it happened at least once) over doctrinal disputes. Really. Christianity, and pretty much any other organized religion, has a lot to answer for in my book. God is love, unless you disagree with the speaker, I guess. Why not just not treat each other horribly and cruelly and avoid all the doctrinal fights and bloody wars? Too simple I guess.
Foilwoman: Good Lord. Gives the line "Secret's in the sauce" a whole new meaning. I imagine, when we all get to the other side (assuming there is an other side), God's going to look at us and say, "Human, you got a lot of 'splainin' to do."
