Last week, I left my piano primer at Mom's and Dad's, so Mom and I agreed to hook up on Friday night in Kensington. I figured I'd try out my new lenses by taking pictures in the area where I was meeting her. The above is one of the lights that line the sidewalks. I love the glow in this one.
Can't decide which I like better.
What do you think? Left or right? Or neither?

These photos are of the tunnel that connects the west wing of the National Gallery of Art with the east wing of the same. I can't decide which I like. The one on the left is basically as I shot it with very little cropping. The second is obviously cropped considerably. Which do you like better? I may have to go back and reshoot this without a wide-angle and straight on.... I don't know. Feedback wanted.
Happy (Photo) Friday!

I like the photo on the left. And the first one is super cool - I love the glow.
I love the glow. What is it about green glow that is mesmerizing?
I'm with Budgie, the one on the left.
E:) : I like the green glowy photo, too! Super cool is a good way to describe it; thanks! As for your choice on the museum pics, interesting. Bee chose that one, too. I think sometimes the challenge with some of my photography is, I'm way too close to it and, be extension, way too critical of it. Pictures like these, I should file away and look at again in about six to 12 months. Thanks for the feedback!
Cele: I don't know, but there's something really hypnotic about it, isn't there?
Thanks for the feedback on the museum photos. We're three for four in favor of the one on the left.
Speaking of photos, did you ever get over to my photo blog and check out the Roosevelt Lenin pictures? There's a link to them in last week's Photo Friday.
D'oh! I like the one on the right.
And love the green glowy pic.
Di: I'm partial to the right one, too!
Love the green glow!!! Prefer the uncropped version of the tunnel because I love the interesting curvy design on the left of the photo...
I'm weighing in a little late, but I have to say how much I love the one on the left. It's Two for One! The cool curvy entrance and the glow sparkle in the middle.
Abgue and Debi: Everyone seems to be weighing in favor of the curvy one... Hm. I must be too close to the subject to appreciate it, because I thought it was too busy.
Well, there we have it then, folks. The photo on the left wins! I should probably modify my entry about the NGA's East Building to include this photo rather than the cropped photo I originally posted....
Thank you to everyone for your feedback. I really appreciate it.
